Candle Instructions
Preparing Your Candle
After unboxing your candle, remove the lid and place your candle on a flat surface away from possible air currents. Light your wick(s) and allow your candle to start burning.
Initial Burn
Your first burn should be done when you can allow the candle to burn at least 2-3 hours. This is done to ensure an even melt (edge to edge) and stops tunneling.
Post Burn
After your candle has an even burn, you may extinguish the flame. Let the candle cool and solidify. Every burn following should be no more than 2 hours.
Relighting Your Candle
Before relighting your candle, trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch. (trimmers or scissors) Light your candle and allow it to burn until even before extinguishing each time. Our candles will burn 20-30 hours.
Always Remember!
-
Keep burning candles on a flat surface, away from children & pets, air currents, and flammable objects.
-
Do not move your candle once it is lit. The glass will get hot and could burn you.
-
When your candle has about 1/2 inch of wax remaining, it should not be burned any longer. Further burning could damage the surface or break the glass.
-
Our wax is all natural, but soot can still be expected.
