When will my candle arrive?

We ship with USPS and it takes about 3-4 days for delivery after ordering.(Order processing may take 24-48 hours).

What is your return policy?

Currently we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please email: info@thecandlegoat.com with your name, order number, and pictures. (if damaged) We will contact you within 24-48 hours. 

Do you offer wholesale or large orders?

What kind of materials do you use?

We use coconut apricot creme wax. This is a vegan, biodegradable and non-toxic wax. Our wooden wicks are made with 100% all natural wood.
